Welcome to community yoga, where students at any age, weight, or strength level come together in mindful movement. Whether a first time or returning practicioner, our accessible classes meet you at your level and life stage.

Traditional, 45 and 60-minute group movement and family flow classes are designed in both Vinyasa, as well as restorative formats. Offering engaging, soothing, spirit-lifting sequences.
