There's little else as taxing on the mind and body as being trapped in a cube all day. Office yoga is designed to combat the dangers of an increasingly desk-bound and sedentary workforce.

Short, 15-minute desk breaks or longer, 30-minute office flow classes are designed to motivate and stimulate, leaving students with a feeling of well being and a clear head.
