Promoting a healthy workplace environment with office yoga.  Work life has many challenges and stresses that can be exhausting, but it doesn’t have to be.  An office yoga practice will give you the essential tools for stress resilience both personally and professional. 

These beginning level yoga classes will focus on relaxation, breathe work, and stretching.  These half-an-hour lunchtime classes will refresh and rejuvenate you.

No experience is required, as the classes will be demonstrated in multiple levels. So regardless of whether you are new to yoga or have practiced in the past, you will feel welcome and comfortable.
