Straight back chair, water, and comfortable clothing. A block or book, yoga belt or belt, and pillow or blanket should be on hand.

Promoting a healthy workplace environment with office yoga.  Work life has many challenges and stresses that can be exhausting, but it doesn’t have to be.  An office yoga practice will give you the essential tools for stress resilience both personally and professional. 

These chair yoga classes will focus on relaxation, breathe work, and stretching. Prepared so that you will feel refreshed and rejuvenated after a long day at work.

No experience is required, as the class will be demonstrated in multiple levels. So regardless of whether you are new to yoga or have practiced in the past, you will feel welcome and comfortable.
