There's nothing like doing yoga in a beautiful setting, and for book lovers like me, practicing in a library is particularly inspiring. This free, vinyasa, beginner-level yoga class is perfect for adults and teens bookworms.

No experience is required, as the classes will be demonstrated in multiple levels. So regardless of whether you are new to yoga or have practiced in the past, you will feel welcome and comfortable.
