• Straight back chair, water, and comfortable clothing

• Block or book; pillow or blanket.

• This will be a Zoom class. This free, beginner-level senior chair yoga class is perfect for seniors. No experience is required, as the class will be demonstrated in multiple levels. So, regardless of whether you are new to yoga or have practiced in the past, this class is for you.
