What’s You’ll Need at Home:

• Straight back chair, water, and comfortable clothing

• Block or book; pillow or blanket.

Since we can’t gather in person quite yet, we’ll host the class online. This free, beginner-level chair yoga class is perfect for adults and teens bookworms. No experience is required, as the class will be demonstrated in multiple levels. So, regardless of whether you are new to yoga or have practiced in the past, this class is for you.
