• Mat, water, and comfortable clothing

• Block or book; pillow or blanket. optional

We are back in person for a live mat yoga class!! This free, beginner-level yoga class is perfect for adults and teens bookworms. No experience is required, as the class will be demonstrated in multiple levels. So, regardless of whether you are new to yoga or have practiced in the past, this class is for you.
